About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive process optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate integrations with third-party systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Ensure solutions align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Participate in client workshops, demos, and training sessions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on CSM and ITSM modules.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.

Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and UI policies.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified

Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and/or ITSM.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
