Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting creating growth strategies, developing sales plans, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing and product teams to promote offerings and enhance market reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience in the food-tech or plant-based nutrition industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills
