We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
3. Performance Management:
- Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Assist managers in providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to employees to enhance performance and career growth.
4. Event Organization and Moderation:
- Plan, organize, and execute various company events, such as employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, and special celebrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate and moderate events, ensuring smooth flow, active participation, and adherence to event schedules.
5. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyzing trends and providing insights to support decision-making.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements.
- Review and revise HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience will also be considered).
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
