Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Manager – Events & Strategic Partnerships. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, as well as building and maintaining strategic partnerships to support business goals. Key responsibilities include identifying collaboration opportunities, negotiating partnerships, overseeing event logistics, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Event management expertise, including planning, coordination, and logistics management
  • Proficiency in building strategic partnerships and strong negotiation skills
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in marketing and business development is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications will be a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site workplace in Gurugram
