The Real Estate Anchor role at Narayana Infra is a full-time position based in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, ideal for freshers eager to grow in the real estate industry. The position offers an opportunity to be the vibrant face of the company, presenting projects and engaging clients through various media and live events.

Qualifications and Skills

  • On-Camera Presence (Mandatory skill): Ability to confidently represent the company, projects, and announcements across video, media, and live broadcasts.
  • Presentation Skills: Effectively deliver compelling presentations that inform and persuade varied audiences about our projects and offerings.
  • Client Communication: Engage positively and clearly with clients to address queries, build relationships, and inspire confidence in our projects.
  • Storytelling: Creatively narrate the brand journey, enhance project interest, and captivate both live and digital audiences with well-crafted stories.
  • Public Speaking: Comfortably address groups at events, meetings, and virtual sessions, ensuring clarity, poise, and professionalism throughout.
  • Event Hosting: Lead and moderate company events, property launches, and open house sessions, keeping attendees informed and engaged.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for digital and physical platforms, supporting marketing campaigns and real estate promotions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks, manage event schedules, and prepare content to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-camera representative for Narayana Infra, presenting projects via digital platforms, live events, and video content.
  • Host property launch events, site tours, and investor meets, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and create engaging brand narratives for diverse campaigns.
  • Interact with potential clients during open houses and virtual tours, addressing questions and highlighting key features.
  • Create and deliver presentations and scripts for online, social media, and in-person company initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscapes to inform presentations.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other production staff to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Participate in and support additional marketing and business development initiatives as required by the company.
