Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities at various residential and contract-based project sites. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage team of supervisors, labour, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
  • Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower and resources accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, labourers, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure timely availability of construction materials and tools at the site.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement sheets.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of execution.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to management and clients.
  • Handle site-related challenges and resolve them efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in residential or contract-based civil projects.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent site supervision and team management skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites if required.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations in and around Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
