As the Domestic Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our company's domestic sales operations.
Will lead a team of sales officers, develop strategic plans to drive sales growth, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales management experience and a strong understanding of the domestic market landscape. Job Description:1.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in thedomestic market.2. Lead, motivate, and mentor the domestic SO team and promoters to achieve individual and teamsales targets.3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
Useinsights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Modern trades and channel partners. Addresscustomer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.5.
Forecast sales volumes and set realistic sales targets. Develop sales plans and allocate resourceseffectively to meet objectives.6. Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Implement corrective actions as needed toensure objectives are met.7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments. Provide training and supportto the sales team and promoters to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.8.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to alignsales strategies with overall business objectives.9. Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.10. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Presentfindings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement. Skills required:1. Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).2.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the domestic market.3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.5.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.7. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.8.
