Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru. The role encompasses identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for Wipro Lighting's products and solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs. Driving client engagement, conducting presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in business development, sales, and account management
  • Ability to create strategic plans and analyze market trends effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in business presentations and client relationships management
  • Understanding of the lighting industry and familiarity with sustainable lighting solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel, as required
