Expeditor Projects

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Expeditor to oversee the entire
order process. The ideal candidate will be a team player who ensures timely
delivery and smooth workflow from conception to delivery. This role requires
excellent project management skills, multitasking abilities, and strong
communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order process from start to finish.

• Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

• Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery
of materials and services.

• Identify and resolve any potential delays or issues in the supply chain.

• Maintain solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time
management.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and
addressing any concerns.

• Implement and monitor risk management and quality assurance control
measures.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Expeditor or similar role (minimum 5 years).

• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.

• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step
action plans.

• Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in business
management.
