About the Position:

We are looking for Customer Program Manager

Co-ordinating and controlling projects from concept to postproduction launch of new and modified components and vehicles ensuring delivery to timing deadlines, cost and quality.

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our portfolio of technical programs that drive strategic outcomes for our product and engineering organization.

You will lead the Customer Program, ensuring the delivery of outcomes across the program portfolio.

Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will guide cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

You will set the example for practitioners, elevating our ways of working within our unified delivery teams. Additionally, you will contribute to building the "One Marelli" team culture, both within the broader Marelli context and specifically within our Marelli India team

Your Responsibilities will be:

Lead cross-functional teams to align on objectives and ensure the delivery of complex programs.



Provide strategic guidance using data analysis and industry knowledge.



Promote program management excellence by managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.



Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.



Balance multiple projects effectively while managing resources efficiently.



Solve critical issues innovatively with strong technical expertise.



Analyze the project P&L for identifying Risk and opportunities to improve profitability

What Qualifications you will bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of delivering customer value, customer-centric environments.

• Agile/Lean Proficiency: Proficient in Agile/Lean practices with experience improving business outcomes.

Other skills that we would welcome:

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale system architecture.



Product Experience: Experience with Cluster, IVI and BCM products or related services.



Customer-Centric Approach: Proven record of practicing a customer-centric approach.



Tools Proficiency: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI.



Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP.
