• Attracting and recruiting exceptional individuals to align with business requirement, strategic resource pipeline to meet organizational needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Pioneered recruitment initiatives in accordance with business requisites, Leadership hiring, Lateral recruitment, Campus placements, Referral programs and Internships.
• Sourced potential candidates through Social media platforms (linked in), Naukri Portals, Referral incentives, and Campus recruitment strategies.
• Expertise of managing end to end recruitment in Engineering and Non IT sector, Sales Hiring, lateral hiring, campus drives(ITI,Diploma,GET)
• Optimized salary negotiations, culminating in the preparation of compelling final offer and appointment letters for chosen candidates.
• Collaborate closely with the stake holders to shape and enhance Talent Acquisition strategies, fostering a dynamic environment for sourcing top-tier talent.
