We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our immigration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for our clients. Role Summary

As an Immigration Process Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AU immigration and other countries visa applications. You will be a key player in ensuring all processes are executed with precision, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires close coordination with clients, government agencies, and our internal teams to facilitate a seamless immigration process. Your primary goal is to manage all client documentation and applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring a stress-free experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management: Handle the entire immigration process, including visa applications, work permits, residence permits, and all related documentation for individuals and corporate clients.
• Documentation & Compliance: Meticulously review, verify, and prepare all necessary documentation for immigration applications. Ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to prevent errors or delays.
• Application & Status Tracking: Submit applications to the appropriate government and foreign agencies (embassies/consulates). Proactively track the progress of applications on government websites and promptly address any inquiries or issues.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the initial sale. Provide regular, proactive updates on their application status, address any queries or concerns they may have, and build a strong, trusting relationship.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Stay current with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes for all target countries.
• Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, immigration files, and databases.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales, legal, and other teams to gather necessary information and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in handling immigration processes and procedures, preferably in a corporate or immigration consulting environment.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Skills:
• Impeccable organizational skills with an acute attention to detail to manage multiple immigration cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with clients and various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using common office software (MS Office, spreadsheets) and CRM systems.
• Personal Attributes: A high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
