Placement Coordinator – DDUKK

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.
• Coordinate campus drives, interviews, and recruitment events for students.
• Track students' placement readiness, including resume preparation, interview skills, and soft skills.
• Maintain placement records, track offers, and generate MIS reports.
• Liaise with training centres, trainers, and management to ensure timely placement of candidates.
• Conduct follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to ensure job retention.
• Identify and explore new placement avenues and industry partnerships.
• Organize career counselling and job orientation sessions for students.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, Social Work, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment, preferably in skill development projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi (written & verbal).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS reporting.
