Job Purpose

Data analyst role is strategic partner to Digital PO, Delivery lead and functional POs in building deep customer insights and actionable using data and analytics tools. Data analyst will spend 20% of his/her time for reporting and 80% in insight generation which will help squad meet business KPIs

In terms for key job purpose, it will include-

• Analysis of user journeys
• Insights on improvement of user journeys
• Drive analytics adoption among key stakeholders for decision-making
• Drive implementation of analytics backed recommendations
• Analyst will be part of digital squad managing one or more digital assets (app/web)
• Overseeing analytics implementation on digital products
• UAT of analytics implementation as needed
• Insights on release changes, channel conversion, marketing campaigns,
• Digital vs Offline profile comparison of customer and creating single view of customer using data
• Design thinking, familiarity with digital journey and analysis &storytelling is key for success

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Dashboarding & Visualization
• Experience with SQL, Python, AI analytics is a plus

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Hands on Knowledge of Adobe, Google Analytics or other similar tools
• Strong knowledge and understanding on digital customer behavior & funnel management
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Good storytelling, communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Integrity and process oriented individual

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• MBA (optional)
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization with bank/ telecom/ecommerce/ service delivery background
