Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities include developing and managing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and maintaining a talent pool database. The Field Recruiter will represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategy development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring teams and candidates
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site working environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
• Familiarity with local job markets and hiring trends in Bhubaneswar is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
