About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller (B2B Inside Sales) professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing business deals through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of B2B sales processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to promote company products or services.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through telephonic and email communication.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address client needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, demos, closures, etc.).
  • Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for smooth lead handover and client onboarding.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to support business growth strategies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 6 Months –3 years of experience in B2B telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
