Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent using various recruitment channels
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and offer letter preparation
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and hiring processes

Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of currentemployment laws and best practices for recruitment and onboarding.
