Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Purchase Executive for a reputed FMCG company at the Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.

Job responsibilities:

  • Issue the Purchase order and share it with vendors.
  • Follow up with vendors, centers, and factories for material received.
  • Submit payment advice to the finance department.
  • Assist with Daily routine jobs.
  • Able to manage purchase/stock-related activities for all centers.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team related to payments.
  • Knowledge of Purchase procedures like indent, vendor development, Quotation, comparison making, price negotiation, fixed asset, and summary preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for follow-up and quotation.

Age: 26 to 30 Years

Qualification:  Graduate (MBA is preferable)

Special skills, mental or personality requirements: -

  • Candidate must have good knowledge of purchase and operations.
  • PC skills like MS Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Candidate must have good speaking skills in both English and Hindi language.
  • Male/ Female candidate with good communication skills, comfortable working in teams, punctual, sincere towards work, and must have good computer knowledge.
