About the Role
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through calls, visits, and networking.
- Promote our IT products, solutions, AMC services, and hardware offerings to prospects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and share quotations, follow-up on payments, and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for order processing, installation, and support.
- Maintain customer database, visit reports, and sales documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Freshers or 3-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (IT sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (added advantage).
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a target-driven attitude.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, AMC services, or system solutions is desirable (not mandatory; training will be provided).
- It's a Field Job. Two-wheeler is Mandatory.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree (B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech / MBA or related fields).
