We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Product Sales & Onboarding Specialist to support the growth of our online business. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling digital products, guiding new customers or partners through a smooth onboarding process, and implementing strategies to increase overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell digital products through online platforms, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Onboard new customers/partners, ensuring they understand the products, features, and purchase process.
  • Provide clear instructions, resources, and support to help new users get started successfully.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing and sales strategies to increase product visibility and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost long-term retention and referrals.
  • Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize funnels, content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on product updates and industry trends to improve sales execution.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, customer onboarding, digital marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of digital products, online funnels, and social media platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable meeting sales targets.
