Role & responsibilities
Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
Support the Talent Management team in data collation, performance tracking, and talent review processes.
Help in creating learning calendars, feedback forms, and training reports.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers/vendors for smooth session execution.
Support in analyzing training effectiveness through post-session feedback and attendance data.
Contribute to building learning content, presentations, and communication materials for HR campaigns.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree (MBA / PGDM) with specialization in Human Resources.
Strong interest in learning, development, and talent management practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Creative thinking with enthusiasm for employee growth and engagement
