Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and providing support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks like expense reports, petty cash, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
