Company Overview

Kids Age Newspaper is an innovative and award-winning educational newspaper designed to make learning fun for Indian school students. Our curriculum-mapped content uses engaging and interactive techniques such as Solar Active, Rub & Reveal, Wet & Reveal, Glow-in-the-Dark, Coded, and 3D Optical mediums. We cater to students from Kindergarten to Class VIII, helping schools enhance learning through creativity.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and drive our expansion across schools in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Generate sales through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Connect with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers to promote Kids Age Newspaper.
  • Market Expansion: Build strong relationships with schools and educational organizations to enhance market presence.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent and effective sales funnel via telesales and email marketing.
  • Customer Handling: Respond to inquiries, manage orders, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Follow-Ups & Conversions: Perform timely follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
  • Client Retention: Nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Previous experience in sales or business development (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
