We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Sales Team for the US market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential US customers through outbound/inbound calls.
  • Present company products/services and drive successful conversions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain call quality standards.
  • Update and manage customer records.
  • Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude and high energy level.
  • Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Prior experience in international sales or voice process preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
