Seeking a highly seasoned Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) to lead and monitor the execution of a major elevated Metro project. The role demands strong leadership and deep technical expertise in Elevated Metro Systems and Depot Works, combined with hands-on experience in managing multidisciplinary project interfaces, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and direction for regional project activities encompassing Viaducts, Bridges, Stations, Depot and allied structures. Ensure seamless coordination with counterpart CPMs from NHSRCL and other project authorities for smooth execution. Lead technical and interface management across civil, structural, architectural, MEP and systems work packages. Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within approved cost, quality and safety parameters. Identify and resolve site-level issues; drive timely escalation and corrective action to avoid schedule delays. Uphold project safety norms, environmental compliance and QA/QC standards across all work fronts. Support contract administration as per FIDIC conditions of contract, including claims, variations and documentation. Candidate RequirementsMinimum 25+ years of experience in civil engineering with majority exposure in Elevated Metro Projects and Depot Works. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex EPC infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of FIDIC contract mechanisms and project control processes. Demonstrated capability in leadership, stakeholder management, technical decision-making and conflict resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with rigorous delivery milestones.

Additional InformationPosition is Contractual (FTC) with annual renewal. Accommodation and Food will be in the candidate's scope. Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
