Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Vijayawada (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases for sourcing candidates.
- Screen candidates thoroughly for technical and communication fit.
- Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and close positions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa classifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willing to work onsite from Vijayawada (5 days/week).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
