About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Executive to coordinate shipments, assist clients, and ensure smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of logistics documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers, transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams for timely shipment execution.
  • Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, BL/AWB, and delivery orders.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Maintain and update ERP/logistics records, reports, and shipment trackers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and shipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customs, and logistics regulations.
  • Assist in freight negotiation and vendor coordination when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and clients to ensure service efficiency.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration).
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or export/import operations.
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation, incoterms, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in export/import logistics or freight handling.
  • Familiarity with customs process, CHA coordination, or international freight movement.
