About The Role
We are looking for talented ServiceNow Agentic AI Developers with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The selected candidates will work closely with the clients Center of Excellence (COE) team to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents that address complex business challenges on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Agentic AI solutions to support business workflows and problem-solving use cases.
  • Work with the Clients COE team to build, optimize, and test AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Independently troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture planning sessions.
  • Follow ServiceNow and AI best practices for solution development, security, and governance.
  • Document configuration details, solution flows, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, including exposure to Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new AI features and tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform features and architecture.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
  • Exposure to AI automation, machine learning, or workflow intelligence.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems or APIs.
