  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
  • Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to product inquiries efficiently.
  • Convert leads into sales by maintaining good communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain continuous follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Update customers regarding their order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
  • Enter daily call records, lead information, and sales data accurately into CRM or Excel.
  • Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure all sales and customer records are properly organized and updated.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Liaise with the marketing team for promotional activities or product updates.
  • Help in preparing sales quotations and invoices when required.
  • Good communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
