As a Senior Professional B2 at Novo Nordisk, you will take ownership of change notification tasks, including pre-assessment and effective communication with relevant stakeholders. You will also be entrusted with the responsibilities below:

• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and handle export orders from foreign Novo Nordisk production sites.
• Perform invoice verification and posting in the Coupa Invoicing System.
• Participate in stakeholder management activities, including weekly performance board meetings and monthly team meetings.
• Maintain planning-relevant master data and ensure data quality.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• A masters or bachelors degree in a related field from a well-recognized institute along with 3-5 years of experience in planning and support functions.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC/R3 within the supply chain is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to process data.
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts (plan, make, source, deliver, and return) and supporting master data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills to deal with global stakeholders and vendors are required.
• Nice to have experience in Coupa (End User).
