What is in it for you?
As a
Technical Lead - ORMB
, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Perform application support and maintenance activity, and provide technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
• Manage and analyze data related to billing and revenue management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ORMB system.
• Perform incident and change management for application issues and small break fixes.
• Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards.
• Responsible for analyzing, customizing, and enhancing the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application.
• Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with various departments, including finance, IT, and operations, to understand the needs and provide system support.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

• 5 – 7 Years

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Hands-on experience in ORMB Application Configuration
• Knowledge of OUAF Framework
• Experienced in Java Programming
• Ability to debug existing code base for issue resolution
• Familiar with Oracle SQL and RDBMs concepts
• Should work as Lead, go-getter attitude, should be comfortable in working in early morning shift 7 AM IST to 4 PM IST and flexible with timing on need basis.

Good to Have Skills: -

• US Health insurance billing domain concepts
