Role Summary: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards, while managing stakeholders and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from concept to handover.
  • Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost control.
  • Conduct site visits, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, environmental, and legal guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Prepare MIS reports on project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • BE Civil or equivalent degree.
  • Proven track record in real estate or large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
