. Technical & Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Drive architectural decisions and innovation in AI-powered products.2. Generative & Agentic AI
• Build and deploy GenAI models for text generation and content automation.
• Experience on working latest AI stacks like Nvidia- Nemo, NIM Microservices, Unsloth, Pytorch, Tensorflow etc.
• Develop agentic AI systems with autonomous task planning and decision-making capabilities.
• Apply latest deep learning advancements (transformers, diffusion models, etc.) to real-world use cases.3. Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Fine-tune and operationalize LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, BERT) for NLP tasks using Nemo, NIM, Unsloth etc frameworks
• Work closely with product teams to integrate LLMs into applications.
• Establish the best practices for LLMOps, including prompt engineering and monitoring.4. Deep Learning and NLP components
• Experience in developing like QnA, chatbots, Image/Video/Audio processing, OCR based components like Extraction etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including document indexing, retrieval mechanisms
• Experience in evaluating AI solutions using appropriate metrics5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Translating business needs into ML solutions in partnership with product and engineering teams.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across levels.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.6. Research & Innovation
• Stay updated on the latest in AI/ML and contribute to R&D efforts.
• Encourage experimentation, POCs, and technical publications.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in AI/ML, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal research role
• Experience with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in GPU/TPU cluster orchestration and modern deployment pipelines
• Deep technical fluency combined with strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership
• Strong commitment to responsible AI development, including model governance, explainability, and bias mitigation. Expertise in developing AI-driven systems, with a deep understanding of the entire AI model lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing AI projects, providing mentorship, and making high-level decisions regarding system architecture and design.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
