Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Logistics, located in Hyderabad. The role includes overseeing the logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and supervising transportation activities to ensure timely delivery. The candidate will also monitor and analyze reports, manage budgets, and resolve any logistical issues that arise to guarantee uninterrupted distribution operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in logistics operations including supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor coordination
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, budget management, and report generation
  • Experience in transportation management and problem-solving within logistics processes
  • Leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of logistics software systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is highly desirable
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the agriculture or supply chain industry is a plus
