Job Summary

We are seeking an Architectural Design Engineer with experience in residential planning, interior layouts, and detailed construction drawings. The candidate will work on concept development, client requirements, and design documentation ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop house plans, elevations, sections, interior layouts, and presentation drawings.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documents, and municipal submission sets.
  • Create 3D models, renders, and visualizations using Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Conduct site measurements, requirement analysis, and design feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams for revisions and approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate project files, CAD standards, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 1–3 years of experience in architectural design or drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Strong spatial visualization, design sense, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
