Develop and lead the execution of the data governance technology strategies and roadmaps to optimize rapid delivery of information management capabilities while aligning to established technology and architecture standards Define and deliver the data & analytics architecture tooling and capabilities needed to enable a modern cloud-based data environment and the best practices governance and controls to support the broad adoption and use across the enterprise

Deliver enabling capability to support the rapid ingestion of metadata and the timely deployment of Enterprise Data Catalog Business glossary into production Support the development of Data Governance Stewardship capabilities that promotes sharing capabilities and methods in a cloud-first environment that leverages highly automated DevOps tools and capabilities

Manage the engagement / coordination across assigned delivery teams to ensure high quality project delivery within scope timeframe and budgets this position will create confidence in our data quality across our Go-To-Market functions by driving global initiatives centrally and by building data technology and process infrastructure and governance. This individual will own among other things the evaluation of tools to support the role data quality and governance of key fields and supporting standardization across key dimensions for our Business Intelligence team.

This is a cross-functional and high-impact role that requires a keen sense of ownership and drive. Strong analytical skills enabling key business stakeholders to understand requirements provide options and drive solid execution

Mandatory Skills

5+ years in the data governance space with deep experience delivering enhanced analytic and data access capabilities Direct experience with Data Governance suite (Collibra DGC) for implementation of data governance strategies data stewardship Experience with Cloud-based technologies (MS Azure Spark Kafka Databricks)

Needs to be strong in communication Should have worked in Agile set-up Preferred Experience of working as an Coliibra Administrator (Edge Server Collibra DGC console etc.) Experience with advanced functional programming (Scala Python) Good to have Insurance Domain language understanding.
