Business Development & Sales

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients for EPC solar projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential solar segments.
  • Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and position company EPC solutions effectively.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, influencers, and channel partners.
  • Provide end-to-end sales support including proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Technical & Commercial Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare project proposals, BOQs, drawings, and commercial offers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining EPC solutions, system design, and project benefits.
  • Understand solar technologies, EPC processes, and industry standards to guide customer discussions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, customer visits, leads generated, and forecast analysis.
  • Support tender documentation and submission when required.

Project Coordination (Pre-Sales)

  • Assist in site surveys, feasibility assessments, and data collection for proposal development.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
