EPC Sales Executive

Business Development & Sales
- Generate leads and identify potential clients for EPC solar projects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and residential solar segments.
- Meet potential customers, understand their requirements, and position company EPC solutions effectively.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, influencers, and channel partners.
- Provide end-to-end sales support including proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Technical & Commercial Coordination
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare project proposals, BOQs, drawings, and commercial offers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining EPC solutions, system design, and project benefits.
- Understand solar technologies, EPC processes, and industry standards to guide customer discussions.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, customer visits, leads generated, and forecast analysis.
- Support tender documentation and submission when required.
Project Coordination (Pre-Sales)
- Assist in site surveys, feasibility assessments, and data collection for proposal development.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
