Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer. The responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code focusing on both back-end and front-end development. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance applications, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and participating in code reviews are key aspects of the role. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software solutions to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including designing and implementing server-side logic and databases.
  • Experience in Front-End Development, Full-Stack Development, and creating user-friendly interfaces that improve user experiences.
  • Strong skills with web technologies, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and commitment to keeping interfaces modern and responsive.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for efficiency and performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Java and related frameworks.
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring software development teams is a plus.
