Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for process improvement initiatives, focusing on OJT (On-the-Job Training) and CRT (Classroom Training).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products/services, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct product trainings, BPO trainings, TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Train-the-Trainer), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Throughput analysis to improve overall performance.
  • Provide coaching support to team members during implementation phases of new processes or changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Process Training or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of OJT, CRT, Product Training, BPO Training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., metrics reports) to inform training decisions.
