Join our team as an Automation Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in the Intelligent Automation Development and Implementation within Commercial and Investment Banking. As an Associate within the Intelligent Automation Development and Implementation team,  you will conduct and manage advanced intelligent automation and business analysis, executing and implementing automation and digitization strategies to support the Operations function. You will design and deploy Intelligent Automations and RPA solutions to streamline operational tasks. You will conduct data analysis and business process examinations to optimize operations across Securities Services, making it scalable. Your role will involve applying AI and ML technologies to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and customer/client interactions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years in Intelligent Automation, Data analysis, and AI.
• Demonstrate profound knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, PEGA, and Python.
• Exhibit strong expertise in data transformation and analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
• Be well-versed in AI/ML/LLM applications developments, APIs, and integrations.
• Display exceptional business analysis skills with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
