Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth workflow, and profitability. The role involves leveraging IDS software systems for inventory, sales, and operational efficiency, while leading a team to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
- Utilize IDS software to monitor sales, track inventory, manage orders, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Plan and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, payroll, and vendor management.
- Address customer feedback promptly and effectively, maintaining a strong guest satisfaction record.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Analyze reports from IDS software to make informed decisions on stock management, cost control, and staffing.
Employer Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with experience using IDS software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IDS restaurant management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational KPIs.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
