Roles And Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM from company side.
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures with the help of manager's support.

Individual contributor role

  • Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language ( Marathi ) is advantage
  • Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
  • Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

  • A graduate from any discipline is preferred
  • Freshers also welcome
