Barista/All Rounder

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to Truebrew standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the counter and service areas
• Engage warmly with guests, take orders accurately, and handle POS transactions
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies
• Support café operations including food plating and basic kitchen prep
• Uphold safety and sanitation protocols at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
