As a Customer Support Intern, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. In this role, you'll assist in addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless interactions that build trust and loyalty. This internship provides hands-on exposure to support tools, feedback management, and real-time customer engagement, giving you the opportunity to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills while contributing to THW's customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and suggest relevant products or plans Assist in reaching out to incoming leads and prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Update and manage lead data, sales pipelines, and CRM tools (Zoho). Participate in client follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship nurturing. Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities or target segments. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams for the smooth execution of sales processes. Help create sales reports, customer summaries, and proposals as guided by the manager. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Educational Qualification: Be a student or recent graduate in business, marketing, agriculture, food tech, or related fields. Skills & Competencies: Show strong interest in sales, business development, and startups. Possess excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred). Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus). Be self-driven, outgoing, and comfortable with customer interaction.
