Company Brief:

Founded in 2014, Bingage IT Labs is a 12-year-old renowned IT company in Indore that provides software solutions and products. 

Bingage provides its flagship products, Bingage Loyalty and CRM, to businesses to enhance customer retention and revenue. 

Bingage's Brand engagement suits help retail brands deliver personalized experiences through multi-channel campaigns, loyalty programs, feedback, marketing automation, and analytics.

Our founding team comprises people with solid entrepreneurial backgrounds in software solutions in retail, F&B, and e-commerce.

We are committed to pushing the boundaries of technology while providing great service to our clients. As our company grows, we seek motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to its success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
  • Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
  • Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer support, Marketing, and IT with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
