Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive for a full-time position in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. They will play a crucial role in advancing our Coconut Habitat Project, which aims to establish sustainable coconut farming practices. This position is essential for promoting commercial viability and community development through sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the benefits of products to all stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet set targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve long-term business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of agricultural products, specifically coconuts, to provide accurate information to potential clients.
  • Prospecting: Efficient in identifying and developing new business opportunities to grow the client base and increase sales.
  • Closing Skills: Ability to finalize sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve sales targets within set deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the Coconut Habitat Project and achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for product expansion within the agricultural sector.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements effectively to ensure mutually beneficial deals and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product information to clients to assist in their decision-making process.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align sales activities with project goals and community development initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence and promote its sustainable farming mission.
