Job Title:
Analyst (SOC – L2)
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
SOC L2 Analyst
to join our cybersecurity detection & response team. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, improving threat detection, and enhancing SOC processes to protect enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as
    incident handler
    for sensitive, need-to-know security incidents
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber threats in a
    24x7 SOC environment
  • Optimize and tune
    SIEM rules & SOAR playbooks
    to reduce false positives
  • Propose & develop new
    use cases, SOPs, and automated playbooks
  • Assist in SIEM operations—log sources, onboarding, configuration & tuning
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, Finance, Compliance
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex cybersecurity incidents
  • Contribute to continuous SOC maturity & threat detection improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of SOC or cyber defense experience (enterprise preferred)
  • Strong understanding of
    ATT&CK framework & TTP-based detection
  • Hands-on experience with
    SIEM tools & query languages
  • Scripting knowledge—
    Python, Bash, PowerShell
    , etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication & documentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, global, multi-timezone environments
