Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a closely related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in designing solar power plants

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Staad Pro, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of structural codes and regulations about solar installations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of structural design for assigned solar projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and project objectives.
  • Leverage your expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions while adhering to established engineering practices.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and financing partners.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations in the solar energy sector.
