BANQUET SALES MANAGER [PLATINUM HOTELS][PRAHALAD NAGAR]
Job description
*you will play a vital role in generating banquet sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Your excellent sales skills and passion for hospitality will be key to excelling in this position.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for banquet sales.
- Handle inquiries, conduct site visits, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding organizers.
- Negotiate contracts, create proposals, and finalize banquet sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the banquet and operations team to guarantee seamless event execution.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-event feedback.
Keep detailed records of sales and clients in the CRM system.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banquet or event sales (hotel experience preferred).
- Proficient in negotiation and communication.
- Ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.,
