Role Description:
As a Product Manager, you will lead the product development efforts for one of India's leading finance apps. Collaborating closely with the founder and various stakeholders, you will be responsible for shaping and executing product strategies, creating comprehensive product roadmaps, and managing the entire lifecycle of their offerings. Your key objective will be to understand customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver innovative solutions. This position is an on-site role located in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
Collaborate with the founder to establish and communicate the product vision and strategy. Create and maintain product roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives and market demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure effective product delivery.
Customer Insights:
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify user needs and challenges. Leverage this data to enhance product offerings and develop new features.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure that product specifications and business needs are clearly communicated to the development team.
Project Management:
Oversee the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify improvement areas and ensure that products align with user expectations and business objectives.
Innovation and Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations to drive growth and elevate user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in product management within the B2C sector.

Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) from a Tier 1 Engineering institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.

- Must be willing to work on-site in Bangalore.
